We have expertise in industrial processes such as forging, heat treatment, machining, rolling and cutting etc. For better quality and lower production costs, we have adopted advanced production equipments.
High quality ouput is a minimum requirement in our industry. We expect to exceed these standards on a daily basis. We have a dedicated Quality Assurance Department and support all material supplied with fully traceable certification. We can also arrange for outside inspection and supplementary tests if required.
Rigorous inspection begins with the arrival of the raw materials. Inspection checks cover inherent material defects and any in-transit damage. Raw materials are sample tested in our fully equipped lab to ensure the quality of raw materials received. Thereafter every stage of the manufacturing process is monitored on a continuous basis up to the finished product.
